Dalek are good chips, hip hop with thick shoegazery drones. Live you couldn't hear a word the rapper/mc/whateveryou'resupposedtocallhim was saying though, which kind of distracted largely from the whole point of it, but it was still quite entertaining. The laptop guy was fucking scary

I read about Dalek in Terrorizer but never got round to listening to it.

My favorite artists are DJ Quik, Brotha Lynch Hung, Nas, Ice Cube & Wu Tang. Although I've been into the West Coast underground scene for awhile.

You have the Wu-Tang Meets the Indie Culture album? It has a pretty sick Del/Aesop Rock collabo on it.

I guess some of it's alright,

I like Clouddead, Jurassic 5, DJ Shadow, Sage Francis, etc.

But I'll take some Jay-Z or Wu Tang Clan anyday over those.

I don't like MF Doom, at all. Didn't like madvillain either.

this is directed to the serious folks,

before i go listen to everyone mentioned here, any ideas what would fit me best?

im a big kool keith fan. and i like the end of "cunninlynguists-since when" a lot, way more than the rest of the album. those are the only things in hiphop/rap that really appeal to me (that i've heard). so i guess off the wall stuff or real chilled out with a good beat. anything come to mind?
